It's been a long break, but I'm finally back on my low carb track. I'm not doing 20g of carbs per day at the moment as I used to do last year, neither counting the amount of fats. This time it's gonna be a smooth start.
Today I'd like to share a brunch idea with you - shakshuka with smashed avocado and a slice of protein bread.
For shakshuka I used:
- 1 small red onion
- 200g of peeled tomatoes 🍅
- 3 eggs 🥚
- 2 table spoons of olive oil 🫒
- 2 tea spoons of Philadelphia cheese
That bread is perfect for those who follow keto and LCHF.
Per 100g:
Kcal 238
Fats: 8.9
Carbs: 14g
Of which sugar: 1.7g
Fiber: 11g
Proteins: 20g
