Our final day in Buchov has come to an end. We spent the day reflecting on our journey and planning how to disseminate our learnings back in our countries. It has been an intense week with a lot of emotions, building connections, and personal growth.

Full in the training on safeguarding practices right now. Majority of youth workers don’t know what to do and don’t feel confident to intervene in case of breach of trust, bodily autonomy, or cases of harassment. It’s time to change the narrative and we are doing so today. Thanks to Erasmus+ and our partners.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Training Course on Integrating Yoga into Youth Work

Youth from marginalized groups face challenges in transitioning to adulthood due to biases and stereotypes. As youth workers, our own biases can hinder our ability to support them. ‼️

Soulmerge aims to address this issue by introducing yoga philosophy and methodology into European youth work. It will provide tools to advocate for all young people, regardless of their background or identity.

We will explore how to:
1️⃣ Integrate yoga, breathing techniques, and other related practices in youth work,
2️⃣ Address biases and stereotypes in youth work,
3️⃣ Develop innovative approaches to support marginalized youth,
4️⃣ Promote inclusive practices,
5️⃣ Enhance wellbeing.
