Another Friday, another team lunch (albeit from our desks) and another presentation of a charity that has recently received a grant from the CMS Social Impact Fund. This week we learned about the It people and its project Počítače dětem, which has been crucial in ensuring children could join home schooling session during lock down by providing computers to those families that most needed them. Great and very important work indeed!

The Covid-19 situation forced us back to our desk for our Friday team lunches. We used our break to kick off a series of four presentations of Czech charities that have recently been awarded grants by the CMS Social Impact Fund. This week Nadace Via presented three “Living Community” projects which support local communities across the Czech Republic towards which funds from the CMS Foundation will be flowing. Thank you for the interesting presentation – it’s great to see grants from the Fund being put to such a good use!
