Stárnu a tělo mi vrací zanedbanou péči. Je to špatný, ale začínám pomalu něco dělat. Jóga je skvělá, novej směr. Mnohem těžší než jsem si myslel. Ale hlavně je funkční a zajímavá :)

Getting old and my body has been giving back neglected care. Its bad but I have started with small steps. Yoga is great and new direction for me. It is much harder than I thought but it definitely works. And is interesting :)

So, what to say about Egypt?
First of all, I feel extremely honored to be part of the revolutionary wedding of two amazing souls full of love and kindness, and .w.salah

They are true inspiration.

It was magical time, to see my old family and also meeting new extraordinary people and listen to their stories. Cant say how grateful I am for sharing these moments.

Giza, Cairo and Siwa woken up some of my extrovert parts, mostly while dancing for many hours with all the egyptian guys without a drop of alcohol, seeing all these differencies between our cultures, enjoying the chaos on the roads, freedom, amazing food and fruit drinks. Salt lakes and amazing places in Siwa, shared with amazing people.

It kicked me to live more again. And I Thank all of you who I met and talked to for this. ❤️ Blessings and harmony 🙏
