I started learning languages at 20 years old.
Since then, I’ve studied 8 languages, both formally through universities and informally while living in 9 different countries.
But language was never really the goal.
The goal was connection.
Every language opens a door to a conversation, a friendship, a shared meal, and a story I never would have heard otherwise.
That’s the idea behind Off The Table.
A journey across cultures, borders, and beliefs to discover what connects us when we sit down together and listen.

Your support helps us film our pilot in the Brazilian Amazon and launch a new kind of travel storytelling.
Today, we officially launch the fundraising campaign for Off The Table🚀
Off The Table is a cinematic travel series built around food, conversation, and human connection. Through shared meals and immersive storytelling, the series explores how people live, what they believe, and what connects us across cultures and borders.
This first episode takes us deep into the Brazilian Amazon, to the edge of one of the most isolated and restricted regions on Earth, to explore a question we’ve been fascinated by for years:
Who are the last uncontacted peoples on Earth, and what connects us across worlds that never meet?
This pilot episode is being produced as the foundation for a larger multi-episode documentary travel series that we hope to eventually bring to major streaming platforms.
We have 45 days to reach our goal. If we reach 80% funding, the episode moves forward. If not, the campaign ends and all contributions are returned. The first few days are especially important - early support creates momentum and dramatically increases the likelihood of the campaign succeeding, which means support during launch weekend genuinely makes a huge difference!
