Day 4 of digging through forgotten cocktail books until we finally uncover a drink we actually want to drink.
Today’s challenger: Mule’s Hind Leg
The recipe:
• 2 oz Calvados
• 1 oz Gin
• 1 barspoon Apricot Brandy
• 1 barspoon Maple Syrup
• 1 barspoon Benedictine
Shake and strain into Rocks Glass. Expect a fruity, herbal, autumn-warm hit that sneaks up on you… and then absolutely donkey-kicks you.
