Dr. Ulrike Najar is Senior Project Manager at AQ Austria 🇦🇹, with over 15 years of experience in quality assurance, instructional design, and regulatory compliance across the UK, Australia, UAE, Germany, and Austria. AQ Austria joined ENAI in 2025 and is active in GAIN, ETINED, and the BFUG Working Group on Fundamental Values.

Her vision: ENAI as the global benchmark for academic integrity in a post-plagiarism era, with a tiered membership model, sprint project working groups, and a stronger advisory role alongside governments and accreditation bodies.
