3 days of imagination, planning, discussion, and co-creation 🌱

From April 18–20, German Waldritter and Czech INspire project teams gathered in Herten to shape the upcoming Solarpunk - Re-Thinking the future educational LARP project for youth.

Together, we explored what solarpunk, participation, education, and LARP can mean in practice — especially in times shaped by climate crisis, uncertainty, and the need for solidarity across borders. We tried to turn a chaos of ideas into a structure for the main event that we’ll continue preparing for this December.

So after extensive brainstorming, loads of notes, inspiring discussions, shared food, walks, and planning together, the real preparation begins ⚡

The first version of Camlann LARP came to life during an Erasmus+ youth exchange in Wales in 2022. We only played for half a day, making our costumes and weapons on the spot—who would have expected that, four years later, Camlann would be reborn and grow into something so big?🥹 We’re excited to see what it will become—and Vojta, as the author, even more so!
