Today's Inclusive Events term is: Physical Accessibility ♿

Physical accessibility means designing event spaces so that everyone—including wheelchair users and people with mobility impairments—can move through and enjoy every part of the event safely and independently.
True inclusion goes beyond simply meeting legal requirements. It means planning accessible entrances, step-free routes, ramps, restrooms, seating, and stages from the very beginning, creating a better experience for everyone.

💡 Tip of the day:
Before booking a venue, walk the entire route—from the parking area to the stage—and identify any steps, narrow doorways, or uneven surfaces that could prevent someone using a wheelchair from accessing the space.
