FREE GREEK CLASSES at ALL CITIES! | HelpRefugeesWork The classes are offered by the State Institutes of Further Education or KIE. They operate under the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture and they are of very high quality. The classes are FREE. You will need to show your residence permit (ID) or ARC number. The only cost is the registration fee....
