Amira Height Residence is a completed and fully sold residential development comprising four levels, strategically positioned on an elevated hillside in Agia Fylaxis. Its prime location offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city of Limassol.

The architectural design emphasizes a contemporary composition of vertical and horizontal elements, carefully balanced through the integration of refined materials that enhance the building’s overall character and visual appeal.

A distinctive zigzag framing feature wraps around the façade, creating a dynamic architectural expression that accentuates the building’s height, reinforces its symmetry, and gives the residence a strong, recognizable identity. The result is a modern and elegant landmark that responds harmoniously to its elevated setting and surrounding views.

Oasis Residence is our newest residential project, currently under construction. The design stands out through its dynamic interaction of geometric cuts and openings, creating a distinctive architectural identity inspired by modern rectangular forms.

The combination of vertical window arrangements and horizontal balconies gives the building a balanced and contemporary appearance. Although the shape of the building had to be carefully adapted to the challenges of the site’s dimensions, the challenge was successfully embraced. Through thoughtful planning, we optimized the land efficiently while delivering a striking exterior design paired with highly functional residential layouts.

The architectural concept seamlessly connects horizontal and vertical elements, with forms that extend both outward and inward as you move around the building. This interplay of depth, movement, and structure creates a visually engaging experience while enhancing the overall character of the residence.

Our recent interior renovation project was completed for a loyal client in a stunning apartment located within a historic building. The space was carefully redesigned to accommodate the client’s needs while respecting the character of the property.

The interior features warm tones complemented by bright finishes and thoughtfully selected furniture. A palette of white and natural wood enhances the space, working harmoniously with the abundant natural light that flows throughout the apartment.
