Our Pilates Studio is a fully equipped studio offering: Matwork morning and evening classes ( using small apparatus:physio balls,pilates circles,bosus,elastic bands, balance boards,foam rollers) and apparatus classes (Reformers,Cadillac,Chairs,Springboards) in quartets(4 persons one instructor )duets or 1-2-1 (private) .Also specially designed classes for seniors ,people with myoskeletal pathologies,rehab classes after operation,Pre&Post Natal .For info call Emily 99-552199
