In between | 2022 - 2025

We recently completed a new residence on the outskirts of Limassol, based on a pre-existing study.

The pre-existing work served as a reference point, providing the foundation to reassess the project’s needs through a new architectural perspective. The new design was organized around two main compositional ideas: the organic flow of space and the creation of graduated privacy filters. Based on these principles, we redesigned both the interior and exterior spaces, aiming for a transition that softens direct exposure to the view while providing a warmer, more human and intimate scale of habitation.

Ολοκληρώσαμε μια νέα κατοικία στα προάστια της Λεμεσού, βασισμένοι σε προϋπάρχουσα μελέτη.

Επαναπροσδιορίσαμε τις ανάγκες της κατοικίας, οργανώνοντας την γύρω από δύο συνθετικές ιδέες: την οργανική ροή του χώρου και τη δημιουργία βαθμιδωτών φίλτρων ιδιωτικότητας. Με βάση αυτές τις αρχές, επανασχεδιάσαμε τόσο τους εσωτερικούς όσο και τους εξωτερικούς χώρους, επιδιώκοντας μια μετάβαση που να απαλύνει την άμεση έκθεση στη θέα και να προσφέρει μια πιο θερμή, ανθρώπινη και οικεία κλίμακα κατοίκησης.

H κατοικία “THREE BRIDGES HOUSE” είναι έτοιμη!

Μια κυκλική αρχιτεκτονική διαδρομή ξεκινά από την είσοδο του τεμαχίου και αφού εισέρχεται στο κτήριο, περιστρέφεται γύρω από ένα αίθριο, διασχίζοντας όλους τους χώρους της κατοικίας. Η κατοικία οργανώνεται σε δύο συμπαγείς διώροφους όγκους που επικοινωνούν, τόσο οπτικά όσο και λειτουργικά, μέσω του αίθριου. Το αίθριο διαιρεί την κατοικία στη μέση, εγκαθιστώντας στο κέντρο της ένα συναρπαστικό τοπίο.

Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι της κατοικίας, λόγω της υψομετρικής διαφοράς του τεμαχίου, διαμορφώνονται σε κλιμακωτά επίπεδα, τα οποία εξυπηρετούν διαφορετικές λειτουργίες.

Our project “THREE BRIDGES HOUSE” is now completed!

A circular route starts at the entrance of the plot, enters the building and following a circular path, around the central patio, passes through all of the areas of the residence. The residence is organized in two compact building volumes that communicate, both visually and functionally, through the inner patio.
The patio divides the house in two building volumes, while installing a fascinating landscape at the center of it.

The outdoor areas of the house, due to the inclined morphology of the plot, are formed on multiple levels that serve different functions.
