We proudly present you our flagship project, the first superstructure building in Cyprus.
Inspired by the flow of traffic from the motorway, the distinctive exterior of Ventus Limassol mimics the speed and movement of the nearby vehicles, creating a fluid outline that appears to defy all geometric norms.

License granted for first superstructure in Cyprus. – EXCEL iD Limassol is set to welcome a new addition to its skyline with the construction of the very first superstructure building in Cyprus. Licenses have been obtained and the green light has been given to begin building the Ventus Limassol.

We are looking to join the Core members with talented and passionate graduates who want to practice in all fields of architectural design and construction for our projects, proposals and competitions in Limassol.
