We developed a refined visual system centered around clarity, structure, and institutional confidence. An abstract eye mark symbolizes awareness and selective focus, supported by a restrained palette, crisp typography, and a minimal design language applied consistently across digital platforms, investor materials, and brand assets.

LIGHTHOUSE - Branding that Guides, Not Shouts

We partnered with Lighthouse, a premium coworking space, to create a brand identity rooted in clarity, calm, and professional momentum.

In a world of noise and visual clutter, Lighthouse stands as a beacon - offering focused environments for deep work, meaningful collaboration, and strategic growth.

The identity reflects this with a sharp black-and-white palette, minimalist typography, and a clever logo mark that beams direction straight from the “U.”

From signage to merchandise to digital, every detail was designed to reflect the brand’s core values: insight, intention, and elegant simplicity.

TLV Group is a multidisciplinary real estate group operating across Europe, bringing together development, office spaces, private rentals, luxury assets, and property management under one unified vision.

Awove was commissioned to create a brand system capable of supporting scale, clarity, and long-term value across multiple companies and markets.

The work spans the full identity ecosystem, including logo design, brand architecture, print and stationery, environmental applications, construction branding, and digital-ready assets. Every element was designed to function cohesively, ensuring consistency, authority, and flexibility as the group continues to grow.
