👫 Participants: 24 youth workers, 23+ years old, coming from 🇨🇾🇦🇲🇮🇹🇲🇹🇵🇱🇵🇹🇸🇮🇪🇸

🫂 CTRL+ALT+RESET aims to:
• Explore loneliness within youth work contexts while understanding its impact on young people's wellbeing, participation, and social inclusion,
• Develop emotional awareness and literacy through non-formal learning methods and body language,
• Strengthen communication competences, empathy, and peer connection by encouraging experience-sharing among youth workers.

🫂 Το πρόγραμμα CTRL+ALT+RESET στοχεύει στο:
• Να εξερευνήσει τη μοναξιά στο πλαίσιο της εργασίας με νέους, κατανοώντας παράλληλα τον αντίκτυπό της στην ευημερία, τη συμμετοχή και την κοινωνική ένταξη των νέων,
• Να αναπτύξει την συναισθηματική ευαισθητοποίηση και παιδεία μέσω μεθόδων μη τυπικής μάθησης και γλώσσας του σώματος,
• Να ενισχύσει τις επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, την ενσυναίσθηση και τη σύνδεση μεταξύ συμμετεχόντων, ενθαρρύνοντας την ανταλλαγή εμπειριών μεταξύ των λειτουργών νεολαίας.

🇸🇮 A great week in Domžale, Slovenia!

💡 From 17-23 April 2026, Panagiota, Christos, Nikolas, Marios, Demetris and Antonis joined IdeaLabs and represented Cyprus in a Youth Exchange focused on entrepreneurship, creativity and turning ideas into action.

🌍 It was an adventure full of learning, new connections and valuable experiences that challenged participants to grow, collaborate and think differently.
