We, at MNPCQS L.L.C., are reaching out to you to inform you of our plan of action with regards to the prevention of the coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission, as part of our social responsibility and the wellbeing of our employees and their families. Specifically:

1. Minimise visits and transports to site or elsewhere and engage in electronic communication wherever possible.
2. Minimise contact with courier and deliveries personnel at the office, due to their high exposure.
3. Minimize close meetings between the MNPCQS personnel within the office and provide the service of our function from our workstations.
4. For the avoidance of excessive movement and exposure to unnecessary danger we will operate continuous service schedule between 08:30 – 15:30 hrs.

We would like to further encourage the use of Electronic Documentation where this is feasible.
