With La Perla Hills, our intention was to create an architectural language that feels both refined and grounded within its natural context. Contemporary volumes are articulated through a restrained material palette of stone, timber, textured surfaces, and water elements, allowing the development to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

Through layered spatial planning, generous openings, and a strong indoor-outdoor relationship, the project emphasizes light, materiality, and spatial continuity to shape a calm and immersive living environment.
