The apartment is located at Possidon Beach Garders in the seaside area known as Pervolia, within the village boundaries of Pervolia in the Larnaka district - It lies between the beachfront and the coastal road which connects the development locality with the villages of Meneou and Pervolia, 5 km southwest of Larnaka International Airport and 8 km southwest of Larnaka town.

A direct motorway allows easy access to the capital, Nicosia, and all other towns. At the same time, the apartment itself is set in a serene and residential environment suitable for quite and relaxing holidays.

It is completely free from heavy traffic and noisy nightclubs. Instead, it offers the privileges of long walks and sports along the extensive beach.
