Recruitment:
1. Real Estate Sales Manager:
● More than five years of real estate sales experience, enough resources, enough knowledge of real estate sales agents

2. Executive officers of the Company:
● At least 5 years bachelor degree in administration, law or accounting.
● More than five years of experience as administrative specialist, familiar with government operation procedures, good social resources, good at communication

3. Art Dealer:
● At least 3 years bachelor degree in art or history.
● More than 3 years of gallery management experience, or more than 3 years of bachelor degree in art related, or more than 3 years of art creation, or art research, or more than 3 years of professional journalist, professional commentator (international auction house work experience is preferred)

4. Museum docents:
● Bachelor degree
● Bachelor degree in art, history, literature or other related majors at least one year, excellent in English, Greek, eloquence, presentation ability, memory.

5. Art researcher
● Master of Arts, History, PhD
● Master of Arts, Doctor of Arts, History. Have been engaged in art research or teaching for more than three years and have related research papers.

6. Resort officers
● Bachelor degree in tourism, accounting or related major
● Bachelor degree in tourism or related majors, at least 3 years of hotel or resort management experience (night shift or traveling with team is preferred).

7. Chinese and English translation
● Bachelor degree or above. Proficient in Chinese and English translation, and have a Cyprus or EU passport

8. Architectural Engineering Assistant
Bachelor degree, under 35 years old, engaged in construction engineering design or civil engineering management, or more than 3 years of related work experience, familiar with drawings and civil engineering. Knowledge of English, Chinese and Greek is preferred.
