"Find three hobbies you love: one to make you money, one to keep you in shape, and one to be creative". I recently stumbled upon this quote that believe to be the secret to success, fulfillment and happiness in life. Luckily enough my job as a fitness instructor is overlaping all three.

More deaths have been caused by drug-taking than from all other causes combined. When drugs are introduced into the system, they may seem to have beneficial effects. A change might take place, but the disease is not cured. It will manifest its form in some other form.
Nature alone possesses the restorative powers. Engaging in physical activity, adequate sleep and a healthy diet have all been found beneficial for the immune system to keep diseases away. Also they will assist nature in her efforts to expel impurities and re-establish right conditions in the body.

REMEMBER: You are a client to them, not a patient. If they develop a new drug that cures people rapidly, then patients will not need to take the drug on an ongoing basis, and that limits the amount of money they can make.
