Nice to share with you. Some real feedback of our OWAC hyper efficient cooling installation in the building of the Ministry of Finance at Curaçao. This installation is more than 10 year commercial operational!
A 2100 m2 building traditionally using about 45 Watt per square meter to cool. As you can see in the picture, OWAC needs on average less than 20 kw to cool the whole building. Yesterday we visited Cunucu Fresh in Aruba. What an impressive result they have created in growing lettuce given the climatological circumstances, costs and challenges they meet. Owner Jake Arends has been expanding what his father started years ago by hard work and a clear and intelligent vision. We now are in the proces of exploring possibilities of working together using the OWAC cooling technology and Cunucu Freshes’ experience and knowledge in order to expand, grow a bigger variety of crops and increase production by creating a contained climate. All to let everybody participate in the sustainable, innovative economic growth this cooperation can lead to. Healthy affordable locally produced food, honest work and education are important for the resilience of the Caribbean islands.
