Everyone still calls me "teacher." I get it. But I'm calling myself something different now.

For 23 years that word defined me.

It opened doors. It gave me purpose.
It fed my family.
And I'm grateful. Deeply.

But somewhere along the way God started calling me something else.
Not instead of. Beyond.

The hardest transition isn't changing careers.
It's letting go of an identity that people still celebrate you for.

When they call — they want the teacher.
When they message — they need the tutor.
When they see me — they see the classroom.

But I see the calling.
And today I'm giving myself permission to outgrow
who people think I am.

I'm ready for more.
