Apnea Boom

That post-static high is REAL! 💥🧠🌊 We just wrapped up a massive STA clinic today and the energy on the pool deck was absolutely electric. There is nothing quite like watching the Apnea Boom family push past mental barriers and discover what their bodies are truly capable of on a single breath.

Today was extra special. We witnessed some incredible milestones being smashed! 🔨

Huge, huge congratulations to Mathieu and Rita for absolutely crushing their Personal Bests today. 🥇 Mathieu locked in a massive 3:12! 🥇 Rita followed right behind with an incredible 3:10!

Breaking that 3-minute barrier is a monumental moment in a freediver’s journey. It’s not just about holding your breath; it’s about mastering your mind, finding your calm in the discomfort, and trusting the process.

We couldn’t be prouder of these two and everyone who showed up today and gave it their all. You guys are the reason we do this!💙
