Apparently I’ve now lost the equivalent of a fully packed weekend backpack 🎒😆

1 stone 7lb (9.5kg) off since 24th January and this time I’m trying something radical…

Told myself I wouldn’t spam the feed… but this one is worth it 💪

As of today, that’s exactly 1 stone (6.35kg) down since getting back in control on January 24th 🎯

And this week alone… 4.2lb (1.9kg) off 🔥

Not chasing perfection, just sticking at it. Some weeks are tougher than others, but consistency is starting to show now and that’s what matters 🙌

Still a long way to go, but this feels like proper progress 👊
