For the end of this working week, we continue with the presentation of the ITEN dream team players.

Meet our colleagues - Jovana, Aleksa, Marko, and Katarina.

They joined our team a few months ago, and they have proven already to be great and hard-working colleagues.
We are so glad that these young engineers decided to start their careers with us.

Together, we still have a lot to do!

Experienced colleagues play a big role in the professional development of a junior developer. They plan implementation details, identify tech needs, delegate part of the work to juniors, guiding them forward. They monitor and evaluate their work, provide them with regular and high-quality feedback, etc.

Apart from being the main and key players in the ITEN community, each one of them is teammate who does an amazing job, always helps and supports colleagues or goes the extra mile for the team and company.
