⚡Workshop in Novi Sad! ⚡

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a highly insightful workshop in Novi Sad, bringing together experts and professionals from the energy sector. We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our incredible speakers, co-partners, and participants for making this event a success!

💡 Highlights from the event:

Peter Laurinec delivered a fascinating comparison of the Serbian and Slovak electricity markets, shedding light on key differences in structure and market dynamics. His presentation focused on opportunities for flexibility aggregation and mechanisms to manage energy imbalances within Serbia’s power market.

Monika Jovic highlighted the impact of external drivers—electrification of cars and homes, renewable energy supply, evolving regulations, and customer expectations—on the power grid. She stressed the urgency of finding solutions to increase grid capacity and enable more renewables.

Andrej Juris explored the key regulatory tools needed to foster flexibility in the electricity market, offering valuable examples from the EU and the Energy Community, with practical suggestions for the Serbian market.
