Easy, but useful to master, poses for beginners!
The important thing is to hold them at least 5 (better more) long ujjayi inhales and exhales, or - enough time to really feel both the body and quality of your breath in the pose!🌿
It is always useful to google-research of more detailed instructions of each pose you like to do. Also, to explore its physical benefits, as well as psychical and energetic. You can also always play with more or less advanced variants of the pose! Happy yoging ♥
