👥 From 1 to 3 July, the Reform Monitor team brought together grantees, project partners, and guest experts from across the Western Balkans for a regional workshop in Tirana, Albania.

🤝 Over three days, participants covered project governance, financial management and compliance, reform monitoring methodology, EU visibility rules, civil society participation in the accession process, and joint advocacy planning for the second half of our project.

We have officially kicked off our 3-day Capacity Building Workshop as part of the Reform and Growth Monitor project. It has been an afternoon of connection, learning, and collaboration.

We opened with a clear project overview from our leadership and partners and we had an Expert Insights Session - a robust thematic discussion on the Reform and Growth Facility, focusing on opportunities, challenges, and the vital role of regional cooperation.

We are looking forward to two more days of exchanging knowledge, strengthening capacities, and working together to turn Reform Agendas into lasting results.

We are starting our capacity building workshop for partners and grantees of our regional project "WB Reform and Growth Monitor".

In the next three days we will have the opportunity to learn more about the Reform and Growth Facility, and we will find areas for cooperation moving forward.

We welcome 20 organizations, which in the next year will work on thematic areas of the Growth Plan and bring local insight and experience to our regional project.
