Axisymmetric fluid streamer model in the AMReX library

The authors discuss implementing an axisymmetric fluid model of streamers, based on the first-order fluid model, in the AMReX open-source library. They verified the code under standard conditions by comparing results for positive streamers in the air with existing literature benchmarks. Additionally, they verified the code's performance in strongly attaching gases by comparing results for negative streamers in CO2 and C4F7N mixtures with those obtained from the Afivo-streamer code.
