🚀 Currently working on a project for our client, a leading shipping, logistics & marine company, he contributes to a large-scale, complex system — an experience that’s sharpened his ability to balance big-picture goals with fine-tuned technical ex*****on.

💬 What drives him? A mix of passion for IT and the thrill of constant learning. Toma is fueled by curiosity and a drive to master new tools and perspectives.

From there, he dives into meticulous testing, identifying issues, and refining features to enhance user experience. A major part of his day is spent on discussions—whether strategizing with the team or aligning with clients to maintain smooth workflows.

🚀 What makes Nikola stand out? His strong communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights. His natural approachability fosters collaboration, making it easy for colleagues to exchange ideas and solve challenges together.
