ECOBUILT Workshop will be held in online format (webinar-based event) on October 26 and 27, 2022. The workshop is a training activity within ERASMUS + program (ERASMUS-EDU-2021-EMJM-DESIGN — Erasmus Mundus Design Measures), the 15-month international project ECOBUILT – Eco-friendly Built Environment (n. 2101050081). This project is a result of mutual efforts of partner institutions: Riga Technical University, Latvia (beneficiary – https://www.rtu.lv/en), University of Genoa, Italy (co-beneficiary – https://unige.it/en/), and University of Belgrade, Serbia (co-beneficiary and hosting institution of the workshop – www.bg.ac.rs/en/).
About ECOBUILT Workshop
ECOBUILT Workshop on Teaching Eco-friendly Architecture aims to gather teachers and researchers who will share best teaching practices in the collaborative format which will include presentation of teaching practices and virtual round table on teaching statements. The aim of ECOBUILT Workshop is to identify new T&L practices and skills, as well as novel approaches to higher education in the field of eco-friendly built environment through challenging four tracks: green architecture, urban design, landscape design and restoration design.

📎The ECOBUILT Project responds to an increasing national and Europe-wide demand for professionals with a focus on sustainability who can manage the complexities of the planning process in various fields and at different scales.
The ECOBUILT highlights four concentration tracks: Green Architecture, Landscape Design, Urban Design and Renovation Design.
The ECOBUILT Project objectives are the following:
▫️To design an integrated joint Master's programme in Eco-friendly Built Environment
▫️To develop common integrated regulations and rules concerning admission, selection, student performance, and degree awarding
▫️To ensure QA of the programme with regard to current European Standards of QA
▫️To develop a promotion strategy to recruit talented students from around the world
