"Become a Product Manager" is a training designed for people already in IT industry working in different roles, but looking to move into a position that leads the development of digital/tech products
as well as for people who are already in product-related positions but are currently not managing the whole process and they would like to.

📗 Hands-on experience in Product Discovery and pitching initiatives to stakeholders with the Project you will do
📗 Practical tools and how to use them to identify problems to be solved, interview users, generate solution ideas, create prototypes and validate an idea by learning through examples and exercises
📗 Different ways to think about product feasibility and costs
📗 Methods to prioritize and create plans, long-term and short-term
📗 Overview of how to work with teams and stakeholders, create good channels of communication
📗 Understanding of how the product release is done
