🤍 Thank you, Skopje, for the unapologetic energy, generosity, and solidarity you brought to NO APOLOGIES!
Together, we opened a space to revisit and reimagine one of popular culture’s most iconic moments — Nirvana’s MTV Unplugged concert — and to ask: what would it mean if such cultural memories were shaped through trans lives, bodies, and voices? What stories become possible when we tell them differently?
➡️ The journey continues: the final stop of the Balkan tour is Belgrade, on 9 June.

[ENG-SRB-ALB]🔥The No Apologies! Balkan Tour has begun.
With its first performance in Prishtina, Emma Frankland introduced audiences to a work that brings together performance, live music and elements of ritual. Starting from a well-known moment in music history, the piece creates space to reflect on memory, identity, and the ways cultural narratives can be revisited through q***r and trans perspectives.
The performance was followed by a conversation with audience members and the local q***r community: an opportunity to exchange experiences, questions and reflections.
➡️Next stop: Skopje.

🔥Balkanska turneja predstave No Apologies! je počela.
