Years ago when mike wong and myself were riding for we were super honored to be listed with the rest of the Burton team in the catalog. It’s crazy reading through this list of heavy hitters realizing how many are sadly not here anymore and amazed at what many have become. We were able to meet a grip of the people on this list over the years at: usasa nationals, us open, staying at the Burton house at mt. Hood, and traveling all around the us riding/filming. A continued thanks to Burton, Jake, and for helping us shape our life long passion.

And a very happy 50th birthday to my older Burton brother mister - pictured here (📷 .fenenga ) carrying the prized flag on the day. We’ve spent countless hours rallying to competitions through snowstorms, 24hr straight shots from MN to mt. Hood OR, too many nights sleeping in the car to save a buck so we had more $ for lift tickets, good times. Glad we are still strapping in ⚔️⚔️

For many summers in a row tyrol would hold a halfpipe event in the early summer. They covered the pipe with Wisconsin brewer’s baseball field cover. Then uncover the pipe, salted it up and bring a mt. Hood experience to the Midwest. It was such a fun time to see friends from all over, companies bringing their pros and most of all shred in the summer with your friends.
