So we just spent the last month repairing steel welds an concrete for a client just because they wanted to cut corners and hire the cheapest guy they could find. It gets even better. The clients didn't think an architect print was nessisary since they used a computer program to design the house. I have never Seen a house with so many issues. They are now freaking out because it's going to coast a lot more to fix everything than it did to construct.
