This subject has been in my heart all week. For some this may not be easy to hear, but I care about our overall healing and feel that this needs to be shared. (while I am speaking to women in the video, the same message can be applied to men.) ✨🙏🏽💔

Healing through past trauma/heartbreak is so much easier said than done. It is a process that does not happen over night, but healing is possible. With that said, men AND women are in need of healing.

Society is great at reminding us women that we have been hurt. Let’s s start having more conversations about how we heal after being hurt. 👏🏽✨🔥 There is nothing like the healing that comes in Christ. I pray that no matter where you are in your faith journey that you would experience Gods love and that in his presence you would find fullness of joy and satisfaction for your soul.

✨The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18✨

Do not make the mistake of sharing your dreams with too many people. Sometimes the ones we would expect to be the most supportive are actually the most critical. If you aren’t careful. you’ll allow someone’s inability to see your vision to cause you to turn a blind eye to what God has shown you.

Don’t ever let anyone stop you from moving towards something God has put on your heart to do. You don’t need anyone’s approval if you already have Gods. This does not mean that you shouldn’t consider the perspective of trusted people in your life. They may have great advice to offer you. Just be sure that you are discerning the difference between someone that is trying to talk you out of something and someone who is trying to make sure you are prepared for something. There is a difference. Sometimes when people can’t understand your vision they will try to change your vision. That doesn’t necessarily mean that they don’t care about you. It just means they aren’t the ones that can currently support your dream.

The Lord will help you know who you can and can’t confide in. If you’re single with no kids this especially applies to you! This is your season when you do not have to consider the needs of your spouse, you are not responsible for the welfare of a child. This is your time to just go for it. Take that risk, make that big move, do things you’ve always wanted! 👏🏽✨
