What You’d Be Doing in This Role:

As our Handy Person, you will be the go-to expert for all repairs and maintenance across our diverse portfolio of properties. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing basic carpentry tasks such as fixing doors, windows, and other structures.
- Handling basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Managing basic plumbing tasks including repairs and installations.
- Conducting plaster and painting work to keep our properties looking pristine.
- Utilizing platforms like Operto and Clickup to manage tasks and communicate effectively with our team.
- Being a creative problem solver who can quickly address and resolve maintenance issues as they arise.

You’re Probably a Match if You Have:

- Experience with basic carpentry, electrical wiring, plumbing, plaster, and painting.
- A tech-savvy nature with proficiency in using digital platforms like Operto and Clickup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in order to find effective solutions.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
- A mindset that aligns with our company values of connection, kindness, and quality work.

Important qualifications:
- Bilingual (French / English)
- A valid drivers licence
- You must be located in Montreal
