Estuvo excelente el ruck del Domingo en Cerro Dantas, Heredia. Mucho lodo, mucho esfuerzo, y muchas sonrisas.
Distancia de 8.5km, ascenso de 321 metros, peso mínimo de 5kg y máximo de 18kg.

On Saturday we did a short 1.31 mile ruck in the mountains of Costa Rica, at the Cataratas la Gruta Bohemia, in Cartago. The average elevation was about 7,000 ft. We had weight from zero to 45 pounds. Some of the terrain was fairly difficult, but it was a lot of fun.
On September 11 we did another Ruck in Turrialba. We celebrated 200 years of independence for Costa Rica. We also did the ruck in memory of those killed in the September 11 attacks on the U.S. in 2001, and the first responders that ran towards the danger.
We did a little over 3 miles with 20 people. We ended up at the POPS Ice Cream place and enjoyed some awesome ice cream. Everyone completed the ruck and got a GORUCK Ice Cream patch.

Four of us completed this Turrialba Ruck on Saturday. We did 4 miles in 1 hour 25 minutes. It was rainy but refreshing and we had lots of fun! We had a team weight of 25lb. Like our last Turrialba Ruck, we ended with some POPS Ice Cream.

Last Tuesday we did a 3.4 mile evening ruck at Jaco Beach. We all had between 35 and 45 pounds each. It was hot and humid but a great evening out. We finished up the evening with pizza and gelato .
