SZR recently completed a pool/jacuzzi refurbishment for our American based client at their house in Ojochal.

To deliver our client the best possible solution we performed the following Scope of Work:

Visually inspected all above ground pipework & valves for leaks Pressure tested all buried pipework & valves for leaks Removed all old Classic Dark Blue tiles, grouting & stucco coating Pressure washed pool deck & repair all cracks Installed a new flexible inner liner Applied a special Thinset plaster coating to all areas Installed new glass tiles – Pluton color Applied platinum epoxy grout to match tile color Applied a customized non-slip coating called Conchita – a particular mix of ingredients for longevity – special black coloring with tiny pebbles & small seashells

We warranty our work for a period of 3 years from date of installation – NO other contractor gives their clients this peace of mind.

Due to the current situation our client was remotely based in the USA – to allow them to select the correct tile size & color we provided them with a wide selection of samples over the web to choose from and provided pictures & videos with narrative on progress at least 3 times every week.
