Designed by KPF , Guangzhou-Pengrui 1 is a mixed-use community that blends into the urban landscape with a variety of facilities such as apartments, retail and cultural facilities. It is designed to integrate the natural landscape with the urban environment to create a group of buildings that are ecologically resilient to issues such as climate change.

Congratulations to Swooding shortlisted for the Ping An Auto Finance Building Construction Project.
This project is a new member of the Ping An Financial family. It continues the family's classic yet futuristic, calm yet aggressive financial style, incorporating the necessity of structure and function with its upright vertical lines and slender, syncopated proportions; and blending with the geometric motif of the family's building complex through its simple, cutting diamond shape.
The animation was created by Atchain. We used the idea of the cutting diamond to show the sharp line of the building. We tried to reinforce the sculptural sense of the building. The lines of the façade were carved out very clearly, which achieved a good visual effect.
