Job description:

As a BDC, your main task will be to develop and generate clientleads. Coordinators are the first impression of the company for many potential clients, so your priority should be to appropriately represent and promote our quality services. The main goal of Coordinators is to book appointments with qualified prospects for your Consultants to begin relationships with these potential clients. For this reason you will be in close contact with various Consultants to coordinate the success of these meetings.

Requirements:

1, Native English speaker or who has excellent English Skill.

2. Succesful and target driven.

3. Highly motivated.

4. Ability to work in a sales environment.

5. Previous sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Generating new leads through cold calling, squashing and digging.

2. Using CRM system.

3. Calling leads to arrange meetings for Associates.

4. Managing the appointment schedule of your respective Associate.

5. Liaising with prospects, confirming appointments, managing reroutes.
