is celebrating its 6-month anniversary with a gorgeous new menu by Chef . Every dish respects traditional roots while bringing a modern, lighter touch to the table.
The experience opens with the Tartare, a creative twist on a classic inspired by the soul of Italian meatball sauce, using finely chopped Fassona beef with 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano. It perfectly sets the tone for Chef Paoloâs âOsteria Futuraâ philosophy.
Absolutely do not miss the signature âPollo alla Leccardaâ âan Umbrian countryside staple brilliantly reinterpreted using Hong Kongâs own local three-yellow chicken, rendering it golden and crispy with a deeply savory chicken liver sauce.
The main course featured a stunning duo of pastas: the comforting Pasta Mista and the light, truffle-infused Lasagnetta layered with baby zucchini flowers.

An ultra-rare whisky pairingđĽ
Exploring how different cigar profiles can completely transform the character of a whisky was a fascinating experience. From the rich, earthy notes of the Davidoff Maduro to the vibrant spice and sweetness of the Escurio, each pairing revealed new layers within the drams and created a unique tasting journey.
The lineup progressed beautifully from the fresh fruit and vanilla notes of the Lowland Single Malt 13 YO, to the added depth and complexity of the 2005 Vintage Release 19 YO, before arriving at the elegant and remarkably refined Lowland Single Malt 30 YO. Experiencing them side by side showcased the influence of time, maturation, and craftsmanship in every glass.
The tasting culminated with an exceptionally rare pour of Prestige 1966 The McClellandâone of only 15 bottles in the worldâdelivering remarkable depth, complexity, and a finish that seemed to linger endlessly.
