Digital printing is a modern method of production that makes prints from electronic files. It involves your artwork being created on a computer and then printed directly onto the material of your choice. Digital printing is an alternative to traditional methods such as lithography, flexography, gravure, letter press, and others – it eliminates many of the mechanical steps required for conventional printing, such as making films and color proofs, manually stripping the pieces together, and making plates.

HOW IT WORKS
With the method of digital printing, an image is sent directly to the printer using digital files in PDF, TIFF, PSD or other formats. Digital printing is best used for items that require high amounts of detail and smaller quantity orders. Unlike conventional printing, there are no pre-press stages between the digital document files and the final product; there is also no need for messy formatting equipment like film plates or photo chemicals.

Digital prints should come out perfectly when the following stages of production are done accurately.

The file is prepared with a clean and sharp image in a high enough resolution for the print’s size requirements.

WHY DIGITAL PRINTING?
Digital printing is a new paradigm for the industry. It provides more choices, features and flexibility than older methods such as offset or flexographic printing. Today, we expect printed materials to be accurate and up to date – clients need printers to be able to produce cost effective, high quality, short run color printing in the fastest possible time frame. However, it is not always easy to decide which process will best suit your job, so before you choose how to print your design, there are a few things you should consider. Below is a guide to help you understand the advantages of digital printing.

BENEFITS OF DIGITAL PRINTING:
High Quality: This offers impressive quality and consistency over the other options. The colors show up perfectly on the prints and there are no issues with harsh lines.

Timeliness: There are fewer steps in the printing process, and as a result, the final product can be delivered quicker.

Small Quantity: dozens and hundreds can be made.

Cost Effective: Because printing plates are not required, there is less investment involved to set up a single job.

Short Runs: Digital printing is the ideal method of producing short to medium print runs compared to traditional methods.

Customization: Digital printing provides the most affordable solution to customize marketing materials, direct mail pieces and letters, business cards, and more.

CONCLUSION
There is no reason not to choose digital printing for low quantity, high quality, economical print marketing.

We have cooperating importers who use different regions and brands of exhaust valves according to customer requirements, including domestic, goglio, wipf, etc.

Degassing valves for coffee packaging: One way degassing valves is most commonly used for roasted coffee beans packaging. After roasting coffee the coffee takes out CO2 gas for several days. This valve has to be fitted in coffee bag so CO2 gas can come out from the valve. Thus coffee beans or powder stays fresh for long time.

Degassing valves for pet food: Some pet food takes out gas for long time after manufacturing. So it is sometime impossible to pack pet food after manufacturing. If one way degassing valves are fitted than we can pack pet food immediately after manufacturing. This valve is one way so inside air can go outside but outside air cannot pe*****te inside so the food stays fresh for long time. Some time there is big problem in packing bigger bags of dog food because this bag has to be stacked in transportation and in supermarket.

Bags being big in size and there is some air inside the bags cannot be stacked and then pet food manufacturer makes holes in the bags to take out air.We should never make holes into the bags because holes into the bags spoils the product taste, nutrients, and product color because oxygen can go inside the bags and starts reacting with the product. Degassing valves helps inside air comes outside and the bags are stacked and the valves are one way so any air from outside cannot go inside so the food is safe.

Jumbo bags: We can also fix valves in jumbo bags. Valves help jumbo bags to take out excess air thus saves space. We can also stack jumbo bags very easily after the air is completely out from the package. There are some advantages like the product is completely safe from outside contamination as the valve do not allow outside air go inside. So the product is totally safe from outside air with degassing valves.

Vacuum packaging bags use the principle of deoxygenation, which can effectively prevent moisture, prevent oxidation, and retain color and fragrance. It has been widely used in the market. The characteristics of vacuum packaging bags directly affect the efficiency and use of vacuum packaging bags. There are two main types of vacuum packaging bags on the market: Laminated vacuum bags and Co extruded vacuum bags. So, what are the differences between them?

Laminated vacuum bags:

Laminated vacuum bags is mainly used in custom print vacuum bags of vacuum bags. The upper layer is of BOPA (nylon film) 12 to 20 microns. This BOPA film is reverse printed with custom design with the help of rotogravure printing. Than BOPA film is laminated with LLDPE film. The printing gets sandwiched in between two layers. So there is no chance of print getting out of bag even the pouches are scratched from top. After lamination the print is sandwiched and vacuum pouch printed shines very well.

Different type of lamination is possible in vacuum bags such as evoh, aluminum foil, metalized pet, eva etc. After lamination with foil we can make shiny gold or silver effect

Co extruded vacuum bags:

Co extruded vacuum bags has their own limitation. We cannot print high graphic jobs in this type of packaging. We can only do surface printed jobs where there is a chance the print getting out and the print do not have much shine due to print is in the surface of the film.

Co extruded bags are cheaper than laminated vacuum bags. Product shelf life is not so good comparing with laminated vacuum bags. But because the layers and layers are bonded by heat and no adhesive is needed, the co-extruded film for food packaging Health and safety should be relatively reliable.

Our bags can be used to pack sea food, fish, mussels, meat, lobster, salmon fish, nuts, dates, spiecs, super foods, beef, pork, dried fruits.

Our company now uses BGA series Biodegradable film (BOPP, PEPA, CPP, PE) materials, which will be selected according to customer needs.

The BGA series Biodegradable film is degradable and can be recycled after use. It will not cause environmental pollution. Protect the natural environment. Maintain the physical properties of conventional films while reducing carbon emissions. Biodegradable film degradation verification steps:
ASTM-D5511 verifies that it is biodegraded by moisture and microorganisms in landfills.
ASTM-D6691 verifies the biodegradation in seawater.

Advantage:
An environmentally friendly product that maintains the same performance as ordinary films and is not harmful to the environment.
It is highly stable, will not decompose under heat, light or mechanical stress and does not require special storage conditions.

Use:
BOPP is suitable for tape, textile packaging, food packaging, etc.
PEPA is suitable for labels, commercial printing, straps, coated substrates, etc.
CPP is suitable for food packaging, packaging toilet paper, facial tissues, etc.
PE is suitable for food packaging such as vegetables, fruits, meat, and seafood.
