Homestay Eligibility and Requirements:
1.Students must have their own private room. A clean bathroom (shared or separate) must be provided.
2.The student must have access to and use the living room.
3.Breakfast and dinner are provided. Home-cooked meals are not required. Simple meals are acceptable. Students will share what their homestay family eats.

Our students:
1.Mostly American and European students.
2.Age: Mainly 7-25 years old, but we have students of all ages.
3.Purpose of visit: To learn Mandarin, experience Chinese and Singaporean culture, and make friends.

Why do students live in homestays?
1.Our students want to stay in homestays. In fact, if they didn't want a homestay, they would have booked a hotel.
2.Students want to have natural social contact with Mandarin and make friends.
3.Students want to practice their Mandarin (although speaking in other languages is fine).
4.Students understand that they must follow the rules of their family and homestay family.
5.Our homestay families come in a variety of forms. Hundreds of families, from single-person households to couples with and without children, young professionals, and retirees, offer homestays to our students. It's wonderful to see so many different types of homestay families. The most important factor in becoming a homestay family is the desire to make friends and meet new people.

寄宿家庭资格与要求
1.学生必须拥有独立卧室。
需提供干净的卫生间（可独立使用或与家庭成员共用）。
2.学生必须能够使用客厅等公共区域。
3.需提供早餐和晚餐。
不要求特别准备复杂的家常菜，简单餐食即可。学生将与寄宿家庭成员一起享用日常餐食。

我们的学生
4.学生主要来自美国及欧洲国家。
5.年龄：
主要为 7 至 25 岁，但我们也接收各年龄层学生。
6.来访目的：
学习中文、体验中华文化及新加坡文化，并结交朋友。

为什么学生选择寄宿家庭？
7.学生主动选择寄宿家庭。
如果他们不希望入住寄宿家庭，完全可以选择酒店。
8.学生希望与当地人进行自然交流并结交朋友。
9.学生希望练习中文（当然，使用其他语言交流也是可以的）。
10.学生理解并同意遵守寄宿家庭的生活规则和安排。
11.我们的寄宿家庭形式多样。

What a start to the summer! Our students have spent their first week in Beijing exploring the city, improving their Chinese, and making friends from around the world.

From interactive Mandarin classes to unforgettable cultural experiences, every day has been packed with learning and adventure. Whether visiting famous landmarks, trying local food, or practicing Chinese with native speakers, our students are already building confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

【勤務条件】
勤務期間：2026年6月1日～8月16日（月～土）
勤務時間：14時～17時または18時
週10時間以上、最大29時間まで勤務可能な方
給与：時給1,500円

【業務内容】
日本に日本語を学びに来ている子どもたち向けアクティビティの引率・通訳
学生の安全を確保するため、当校の安全ガイドラインに従うこと
学生の到着・出発スケジュールに沿ったアクティビティの実施
