Wednesday, 18th March marked the official launch of the Upper Bayang Women Empowerment Workshop with the Ashum Cluster (Eyang, Nfiatok & Ashum).

The event brought together close to 100 women from across these communities, a powerful testament to the shared desire for growth and transformation.

Our mission is clear: to equip women with the skills and knowledge needed to diversify their sources of income, promote financial independence, and contribute meaningfully to economic growth within their communities.

We are grateful to God for a successful and impactful start. As the journey continues, we look forward to reaching and empowering the next cluster as He enables us.

From 5-8 August WID4C Founder & CEO took part in the Central Africa Executive Leadership Program and the 2025 Central Africa Think Tank Forum held at Djuega Hotel in Yaounde. Over 200 participants came from all over Central Africa to take part in this high level event. It was an opportunity for excutive leaders to brainstorm on how to navigate their organizations or institutions in a volatile enviroment. In times like this when CSOs face hostilities, shrinking civics space & funding we need to remain resiliance. The key notes speakers during the 2025 Central Africa Think Tank Forum were Prof. Jean Emmanuel Pondi and H. E. Christopher Lamora the US Ambassador. Policymakers, Think Tank Leaders, Civil Society and Emerging Leaders held frank discusdions with focus on:
* Think Tanks as Catalyst for change
* Building Beter Policies Together
* Driving Jobs creation in Central Africa
* Funding problems for Think Tanks
* Dialogue to shape CA future
* Connecting minds, Building partners
