Littorals top administrative authorities the Governor and Senior divisional officer at loggerheads!😱
The SDO for Wouri Mr Sylarc Marie Mvogo in a letter addressed to MINAT Boss accuses littoral Governor Samuel Dieudone Ivaha Dibua of creating a clique and conniving with some Douala chiefs to bring him down.
He placed one Mr Maurice Nguefack a Bamileke billionaire businessman and real estate developer at the centre of issues. It stems from a 4000meter square of land around Japoma in Douala where Mr Maurice according to the SDO, is a notorious land grabber who intends to grab the STATE LAND while using some unscrupulous Douala chiefs and the influence of the Governor at his behest.
The issue degenerated when the Governors stand was clear “Mr Maurice must develop the land and the SDO should backoff”. The SDO reiterated on working for and protecting state interest rather than individuals and pointed to the fact that, a highway is planned on passing through the said land. He said his life has being threatened time and again but “THEY” should know he is spiritual and has a deep faith in God reason they won’t be able to get him.
He stressed the immediate attention and intervention by the hierarchy the Minister Of Territorial Administration. The issue quickly gain public attention when the Governor refused a handshake with the SDO as state protocol demands during the may 20th match pass.
