The Resort Operations Manager (ROM) will be in charge of key operational functions, including HouseKeeping,
Purchasing/Inventory Management/Control,
Human Resources,
Client Services,
Health Services (COVID-19 Prevention)
Facility Engineering,
Food & Beverage Services,
Asset Protection & Security,
Public Relations,
Social Media,
Sales, marketing and financial services.

Some designated functional department supervisors will report to the ROM. The ROM, and all other senior managers will report to the General Manager (GM).
