What advice can you give her

Please I have this doubt in mind,
I am a lady of 22 yrs old in a distance relationship with a guy of 26yrs and we have been together for 3yrs now,we both love each other and discuss every day that is he gives me full attention and love,he is my best friend.
Now the problem is all this yrs of being together he never talks about his family,he hasn't introduced me to any friend or family,no one from his side knows we are in a relationship. We I want us to talk about it he shots me up and says he will wen he feels comfortable enough. I understand it's kind of a sensitive part of his life.
He knows everyone in my family,has spoken to my mom, siblings, friends etc. Sometimes he will make arrangements for me to see his mom but suddenly change his mind,same with his siblings.
He cares so much about me and supports me full time.
I don't know if I should consider that aspect as a red flag or I should just be patient with him.please I need your advice on this
