Interesting Chart, Bonds in Diamonds.. several things to mention about it.. With bond yields close to zero (and in Europe below zero) there is not so much room anymore for this to go much higher (unless they manage to go seriously negative on the interest rates, but for that probably would have to seize cash from the people)..
And then of course there is usually a correction coming when things went "exponential"..
And finally I would note, that coloured diamands probably outperformed bonds, but of course that is a niche market..
But I think, that this chart actually could make a case for "real assets" like gold, silver, diamonds, real estate..
